Altec Valencia Theater Speakers

"Pair Vintage Altec Valencia Theater Speakers in great condition for their age and sound beautiful.
I dont have the stereo system to power these monsters, so they need to go. But they will not go cheap.
There is one set on ebay that are similar, yet the cabinet is destroyed and the starting bid is $500.
There is another set on CL out in California with a price of $2000
The horns sell used online @ $300 ea and the speakers @ $350 ea used.
That means I could strip these down and still make $1300.
I'm hearing impaired and they blow me away lol.

He obviously knows nothing about what he has other than what he has read on the internet. Another example of how the internet is driving up the price.

$1300.00 is a great price for a nice set of Valencias but I had to laugh...

Those are some of the most efficient speakers you could find and he says he does not have the stereo system to power them?
